I travel quite a lot for my studies and so usually end up having my dinner alone in local restaurants. I often take a book or magazine with me to make me feel less alone. The other day, I was in WARREN PA where I ate at Legends Restaurant and I read an interesting cover story on bamboo clothes. I did not realise you could make clothes out of bamboo.

Bamboo has some amazing qualities. I found out bamboo fabric is softer than organic cotton. They also say it is antibacterial and good for you if you suffer from allergies. That is an excellent quality to have in clothes. Bamboo clothing is very absorbent making it a good possibility for gym clothes or possibly as bamboo towels. I was fascinated by this article so I had to find out if this was really the case. I looked online and purchased a few items of clothing.

I have to admit I was extremely happy with what I bought. The fabric definitely is soft, kind of like silk. It was almost dry after I took it out of the washing machine which I think is amazing. The other thing I noticed is that it did not really need much ironing. I am not sure if all bamboo clothes are like that but it is what I look for as I hate doing ironing.

Check out the latest bamboo clothes here or there are plenty of organic apparel stores where you can get organic cotton clothes as well bamboo towels.

Bamboo Clothing WARREN

After a bit more research I found out some more amazing details on bamboo. It is a product which is organic. It grows very fast which means it does not need fertilisers and they do not need pesticides either. Plus bamboo needs very little water during the time it grows so they can survive droughts.

I do my best to make environmentally friendly choices whenever I can. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable so it is my number one choice for t-shirts and other products such as sheets, blankets, rugs, and baby clothes.

You can find more details on bamboo here and good information about organic farming and how to choose organic produce.
