I travel quite a lot for my studies and so often end up having dinner all alone in cafes. I often take a book or magazine with me to make me feel less alone. Recently, I was in SUNBURG MN where I ate at Sunburg Cafe and I read a new article to do with bamboo clothing. I had no idea you are able to make clothing out of bamboo.

Bamboo has some great qualities. It turns out bamboo fabric is softer than organic cotton. They say it is antibacterial and hypoallergenic. That is a fantastic quality to have in a fabric. Bamboo clothing is highly absorbent making it a excellent option for gym gear or possibly as bamboo towels. I was fascinated by this article so I had to find out if this was really the case. I went online and got some basic items of clothing.

I should tell you I was very impressed with the quality. The fabric definitely is soft, similar to silk. It was almost dry as soon as I took it out of the washing machine which I thought was amazing. Another thing I noticed is that it did not really need much ironing. I do not know if all bamboo clothing is like that but it is what I look for as I hate doing ironing.

Find the latest bamboo clothes here or there are plenty of organic clothing stores where you can buy organic cotton clothes as well bamboo towels.

After a bit more research I found out some interesting details to do with bamboo. It is a product which is organic. It grows extremely rapidly which means it does not require fertilisers and they do not require pesticides either. Plus bamboo requires very little water during the time it grows so they can survive droughts.

I do my best to make eco-friendly choices whenever I do my shopping. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable so for me it is the number one choice for t-shirts and other products such as robes, blankets, curtains, and baby clothes.

You can find plenty of information on bamboo here and good information about organic farming and how to choose organic produce.
