I travel a lot for my work and so often end up having my dinner by myself in cafes. I often take a novel or magazine with me to prevent boredom. I must tell you I was very impressed. The fabric really is soft, not unlike silk. It was close to being dry as soon as I took it from the washing machine which I thought was great. The other thing I noticed is that it did not particularly require ironing. I do not know if all bamboo fabric is like that but it is a quality I look for as I hate ironing.

After some more research I discovered some incredible facts on bamboo. It is generally organic. It grows extremely fast which means it does not need fertilisers and they do not use pesticides either. As well as that, bamboo requires little water during the growth period which means they can survive droughts.

I try to make eco friendly choices whenever I can. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable so for me it is the number one choice for t-shirts and other products such as towels, underwear, throws, and baby clothes.
