I travel quite a lot for my studies and so often end up eating all alone in restaurants. I usually take a good book or magazine with me to make me feel less alone. Recently, I was in OLIVE BRANCH IL where I ate at Frog Crossing Family Restaurant and I read a new piece on bamboo clothes. I did not know you can make clothing out of bamboo.

Bamboo has some great qualities. For example, bamboo fabric and clothing is softer than organic cotton. They also say it is antibacterial and hypoallergenic. That is an excellent quality to have in clothes. Bamboo clothing is highly absorbent making it a good choice for gym gear or possibly as bamboo towels. I was interested by these claims so I had to find out for myself. I searched online and got a few pieces of clothing.

I should tell you I was very impressed with the quality. The fabric definitely is soft, kind of like silk. It was close to being dry as soon as I took it from the washing machine which I thought was great. I also noticed is that it did not particularly require ironing. I I am unaware if all bamboo clothes are like that but it is a quality I look for as I hate doing ironing.

Check out the latest bamboo clothes here or there are many organic clothing stores where you can purchase organic cotton clothes as well bamboo sheets.

After a bit more research I discovered some more incredible facts about bamboo. It is almost always organic. It grows incredibly fast which means it does not need any fertilisers and they do not use pesticides either. As well as that, bamboo needs very little water during the time it grows so they can survive droughts.

I try to make eco friendly choices whenever I go shopping. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable making it my number one choice for clothes and other products such as sheets, underwear, throws, and baby clothes.
