I move around a lot for my work and so usually end up having my dinner all alone in cafes. I often take a novel or magazine with me to help pass the time. Bamboo has some great qualities. I found out bamboo clothing is softer than most cotton. They say it is antibacterial and good for you if you suffer from allergies. I should say I was pretty happy with what I bought. The fabric absolutely is soft, kind of like silk. It was almost dry as soon as I took it out of the washing machine which I thought was great. I also noticed is that it did not really need much ironing. I do not know if all bamboo clothing is like that but it is a quality I look for as I hate ironing.

After some more research I found out some interesting facts on bamboo. It is a product which is organic. It grows incredibly rapidly which means it does not need any fertilisers and they do not require pesticides either. As well as that, bamboo requires little water during the growing period meaning they can survive droughts.

I try to make eco-friendly choices whenever I go shopping. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable so for me it is the number one choice for clothes and other products such as sheets, underwear, curtains, and baby clothes.
