I travel a lot for my job and so usually end up having my dinner by myself in cafes. I usually take a book or magazine with me to help pass the time. Last week, I was in MIDLOTHIAN VA where I ate at Ginos in Woodlake and I saw a new article about bamboo clothes. I did not know you are able to make fabric out of bamboo.
Bamboo has some amazing qualities. I found out bamboo fabric and clothing is softer than regular cotton. They also say it is antibacterial and hypoallergenic. That is a fantastic quality to have in clothes. Bamboo clothing is extremely absorbent so it is a excellent possibility for gym wear or even as bamboo towels. I was interested by these claims so I had to find out if it was true. I searched online and bought a few basic items of clothing.
I must say I was extremely impressed. The fabric absolutely is soft, kind of like silk. It was pretty much dry when I took it from the washing machine which I think is incredible. I also noticed is that it did not particularly require ironing. I I am unaware if all bamboo fabric is like that but it is a quality I look for as I hate ironing.
Find the latest bamboo clothes here or there are numerous organic clothes stores where you can get organic cotton clothes as well bamboo sheets.
After a bit more research I found some other interesting details on bamboo. It is a product which is organic. It grows very quickly which means it does not need fertilisers and they do not need pesticides either. Also bamboo requires little water during the growing period meaning they can survive droughts.
I do my best to make eco-friendly choices whenever I can. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable so it is my number one choice for t-shirts and other products such as robes, blankets, rugs, and baby clothes.
You can find more details on bamboo here and good points about organic farming and the benefits of organic products.
