I move around a lot for my work and so often end up eating all alone in local restaurants. I often take a book or magazine with me to prevent boredom. Recently, I was in MC KEESPORT PA where I ate at Gina's Take Out / Delivery and I saw a new piece about bamboo clothing. I had no idea you could make fabric out of bamboo.
Bamboo has some great qualities. For example, bamboo fabric and clothing is softer than regular cotton. They also say it is antibacterial and hypoallergenic. That is an excellent quality to have in clothes. Bamboo clothing is very absorbent so it is a excellent option for gym wear or also as bamboo towels. I was interested by these claims so I had to find out if it was true. I searched online and got some items of clothing.
I must tell you I was pretty happy with what I bought. The fabric really is soft, similar to silk. It was close to being dry as soon as I took it out of the washing machine which I think is incredible. Another thing I noticed is that it did not necessarily require ironing. I I am unaware if all bamboo clothes are like that but it is a quality I look for as I hate doing ironing.
Find the latest bamboo clothes here or there are numerous organic clothing stores where you can purchase organic cotton clothes as well bamboo towels.
After a bit more research I discovered some more incredible pieces of information on bamboo. It is almost always organic. It grows extremely rapidly which means it does not require fertilisers and they do not need pesticides either. Plus bamboo uses very little water during the growth period meaning they can survive droughts.
I do my best to make eco friendly choices whenever I do my shopping. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable making it my number one choice for clothing and other products such as sheets, underwear, rugs, and baby clothes.
You can find plenty of details on bamboo here and good info about organic farming and why to buy organic products.
