I travel a lot for my work and so usually end up having dinner all alone in local restaurants. I like to take a good book or magazine with me to prevent boredom. Recently, I was in GREENFIELD OH where I ate at Burnie's and I saw an interesting article about bamboo. I did not realise you can make clothing out of bamboo.

Bamboo has some great qualities. For example, bamboo fabric and clothing is softer than organic cotton. They say it is antibacterial and hypo-allergenic. That is an excellent quality to have in clothes. Bamboo clothing is very absorbent making it a good possibility for gym clothes or also as bamboo towels. I was interested by these claims so I had to find out if this was really the case. I searched online and purchased some items of clothing.

I must admit I was extremely impressed. The fabric really is soft, kind of like silk. It was pretty much dry when I took it from the washing machine which I found to be incredible. Another thing I noticed is that it did not particularly require ironing. I do not know if all bamboo clothes are like that but it is something I look for as I hate ironing.

Check out the latest bamboo clothes here or there are many organic clothes stores where you can get organic cotton clothes as well bamboo towels.

Bamboo Clothing GREENFIELD

After a bit more research I found out some amazing facts on bamboo. It is a product which is organic. It grows incredibly quickly which means it does not need fertilisers and they do not use pesticides either. As well as that, bamboo uses only a small amount of water during the time it grows so they can survive droughts.

I try to make environmentally friendly choices whenever I go shopping. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable so for me it is the number one choice for clothing and other products such as towels, socks, curtains, and baby clothes.

You can find more articles on bamboo here and good information about organic farming and why to buy organic products.
