I travel a lot for my job and so usually end up having my dinner alone in local restaurants. I like to take a good book or magazine with me to prevent boredom. Recently, I was in CHARLESTON SC where I ate at Church's' Fried Chicken Inc - No 558 and I saw a new article on bamboo. I had no idea you are able to make fabric out of bamboo.

Bamboo has some fantastic qualities. It turns out bamboo clothing is softer than organic cotton. Apparently it is antibacterial and hypo-allergenic. That is a fantastic quality to have in clothing. Bamboo clothing is extremely absorbent so it is a great choice for gym wear or also as bamboo towels. I was interested by what I had discovered so I had to find out for myself. I went online and got a couple basic items of clothing.

I must tell you I was very happy with what I bought. The fabric really is soft, kind of like silk. It was almost dry after I took it from the washing machine which I think is incredible. Another thing I noticed is that it did not necessarily require ironing. I I am unaware if all bamboo clothing is like that but it is a quality I look for as I hate doing ironing.

Check out the latest bamboo clothes here or there are plenty of organic apparel stores where you can purchase organic cotton clothes as well bamboo towels.

After a bit more research I found out some incredible details on bamboo. It is a product which is organic. It grows extremely rapidly which means it does not need fertilisers and they do not need pesticides either. As well as that, bamboo uses only a small amount of water during the time it grows so they can survive droughts.

I try to make eco-friendly choices whenever I can. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable making it my number one choice for clothing and other products such as robes, blankets, throws, and baby clothes.

You can find some details on bamboo here and good information about organic farming and why to buy organic products.
