I move around a lot for my studies and so often end up having my dinner by myself in local restaurants. I often take a novel or magazine with me to help pass the time. The other day, I was in CASSELBERRY FL where I ate at Testarillos and I read a new piece to do with bamboo clothes. I had no idea you could make clothing out of bamboo.
Bamboo has some amazing qualities. I found out bamboo fabric and clothing is softer than organic cotton. They say it is antibacterial and good for you if you suffer from allergies. That is a fantastic quality to have in a fabric. Bamboo clothing is extremely absorbent which means it is a good option for gym wear or even as bamboo towels. I was interested by this article so I had to find out for myself. I searched online and bought a few items of clothing.
I should admit I was extremely happy with what I bought. The fabric absolutely is soft, similar to silk. It was pretty much dry as soon as I took it out of the washing machine which I found to be amazing. The other thing I noticed is that it did not really need ironing. I do not know if all bamboo clothing is like that but it is something I look for as I hate ironing.
Check out the latest bamboo clothes here or there are numerous organic clothing stores where you can purchase organic cotton clothes as well bamboo sheets.
After a little more research I found some incredible details to do with bamboo. It is a product which is organic. It grows incredibly fast which means it does not need any fertilisers and they do not require pesticides either. Plus bamboo needs little water during the time it grows which means they can survive droughts.
I do my best to make environmentally friendly choices whenever I go shopping. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable making it my number one choice for t-shirts and other products such as towels, underwear, curtains, and baby clothes.
You can find some information on bamboo here and good information about organic farming and how to choose organic produce.
