I move around a lot for my work and so regularly end up having my dinner all alone in restaurants. I usually take a book or magazine with me to make me feel less alone. Recently, I was in BATESBURG SC where I ate at Tri-County Home Health Care and I read a new cover story on bamboo clothes. I did not know you can make clothing out of bamboo.
Bamboo has some fantastic qualities. I found out bamboo fabric and clothing is softer than organic cotton. They say it is antibacterial and good for you if you suffer from allergies. That is a great quality to have in clothes. Bamboo clothing is extremely absorbent which means it is a great option for gym wear or possibly as bamboo towels. I was intrigued by what I had discovered so I had to find out if this was really the case. I went online and purchased some pieces of clothing.
I have to say I was very impressed with the quality. The fabric definitely is soft, similar to silk. It was almost dry as soon as I took it out of the washing machine which I think is great. The other thing I noticed is that it did not particularly need much ironing. I I am unaware if all bamboo clothing is like that but it is a quality I look for as I hate ironing.
Find the latest bamboo clothes here or there are plenty of organic apparel stores where you can purchase organic cotton clothes as well bamboo towels.
After a little more research I found out some more interesting details about bamboo. It is almost always organic. It grows incredibly rapidly which means it does not require fertilisers and they do not use pesticides either. As well as that, bamboo uses very little water during the growing period so they can survive droughts.
I try to make eco friendly choices whenever I do my shopping. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable making it my number one choice for clothes and other products such as sheets, blankets, curtains, and baby clothes.
You can find some information on bamboo here and good points about organic farming and how to choose organic produce.
