I travel quite a lot for my studies and so regularly end up having my dinner all alone in restaurants. I usually take a book or magazine with me to prevent boredom. The other day, I was in ALBERT LEA MN where I ate at Trails Restaurant and I read an interesting article to do with bamboo clothes. I did not know you are able to make clothes out of bamboo.

Bamboo has some great qualities. For example, bamboo fabric and clothing is softer than organic cotton. Apparently it is antibacterial and hypo-allergenic. That is a fantastic quality to have in clothing. Bamboo clothing is extremely absorbent so it is a good possibility for gym clothes or even as bamboo towels. I was fascinated by what I had discovered so I had to find out if it was true. I looked online and got a few basic items of clothing.

I must admit I was pretty impressed with the quality. The fabric definitely is soft, kind of like silk. It was almost dry after I took it out of the washing machine which I found to be amazing. Another thing I noticed is that it did not particularly need ironing. I do not know if all bamboo clothes are like that but it is something I look for as I hate ironing.

Check out the latest bamboo clothes here or there are plenty of organic clothing stores where you can purchase organic cotton clothes as well bamboo sheets.

Bamboo Clothing ALBERT LEA

After a bit more research I discovered some interesting pieces of information to do with bamboo. It is almost always organic. It grows extremely quickly which means it does not need fertilisers and they do not require pesticides either. Also bamboo uses little water during the time it grows meaning they can survive droughts.

I attempt to make environmentally friendly choices whenever I can. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable so it is my number one choice for clothing and other products such as sheets, underwear, throws, and baby clothes.

You can find more articles on bamboo here and good info about organic farming and why to buy organic products.
