I travel quite a lot for my job and so usually end up having dinner all alone in local restaurants. I like to take a book or magazine with me to help pass the time. Recently, I was in BURLINGTON MA where I ate at Bickford's Family Restaurant and I came across a new article on bamboo clothes. I did not realise you can make fabric out of bamboo.

Bamboo has some amazing qualities. I found out bamboo clothing is softer than regular cotton. They say it is antibacterial and hypoallergenic. That is an excellent quality to have in clothes. Bamboo clothing is highly absorbent so it is a excellent choice for gym clothes or possibly as bamboo towels. I was interested by this article so I had to find out for myself. I went online and got some items of clothing.

I have to say I was extremely impressed with the quality. The fabric absolutely is soft, not unlike silk. It was close to being dry as soon as I took it out of the washing machine which I found to be great. The other thing I noticed is that it did not really need ironing. I am not sure if all bamboo fabric is like that but it is a quality I look for as I hate doing ironing.

Check out the latest bamboo clothes here or there are plenty of organic apparel stores where you can buy organic cotton clothes as well bamboo linen.

Bamboo Clothing BURLINGTON

After a bit more research I discovered some incredible details to do with bamboo. It is generally organic. It grows incredibly fast which means it does not need any fertilisers and they do not require pesticides either. Plus bamboo needs little water during the growth period meaning they can survive droughts.

I do my best to make eco-friendly choices whenever I do my shopping. Bamboo is organic, renewable, and sustainable making it my number one choice for clothing and other products such as towels, underwear, throws, and baby clothes.
