I move around a lot for my work and so regularly end up eating by myself in local restaurants. I often take a book or magazine with me to make me feel less alone. Last week, I was in XENIA OH where I ate at No Way Jose Taco Shop and I read a really interesting piece to do with bamboo clothes. I did not realise you are able to make fabric out of bamboo.
Bamboo has some amazing qualities. For example, bamboo clothing is softer than regular cotton. They also say it is antibacterial and hypo-allergenic. That is a fantastic quality to have in a fabric. Bamboo clothing is highly absorbent so it is a great possibility for gym clothes or possibly as bamboo towels. I was interested by what I had discovered so I had to find out for myself. I searched online and bought a couple items of clothing.
I have to tell you I was extremely happy with what I bought. The fabric really is soft, not unlike silk. It was almost dry as soon as I removed it from the washing machine which I found to be incredible. The other thing I noticed is that it did not necessarily need ironing. I do not know if all bamboo clothing is like that but it is what I look for as I hate doing ironing.

Last week, I was in ROSEBURG OR where I ate at Caseys Restaurant and I came across an interesting cover story on bamboo. I did not know you could make clothing out of bamboo.
